About Us
Our Company was incorporated on 30th March 2015 and with the main objects of carrying on businesses related to investments, tea business, property and professional services and pursuant to business realignment upon approval of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement by the regulatory authorities, the business of tea and investment business undertaking of Upper Ganges Sugar & Industries Ltd (‘UGSIL’) shall be housed in the Company.
Pursuant to the said Scheme the Tea business of UGSIL has been transferred to Cinnatolliah Tea Ltd which comprised of a Tea Garden at North Lakhimpur, Assam with a installed capacity of 12.5 Lac KG of black tea, thereby leaving only the investment business of UGSIL, which comprises of investment in Uttar Pradesh Trading Company Ltd, a NBFC registered with RBI and primarily engaged in investment activity in various market and other securities.
Smt. Nandini Nopany, is the Chairperson and the driving force behind the Company and is assisted by team of well qualified and experienced executives headed by Mrs Urvi Mittal.
